We are first to introduce a
range of freeze dried Indian Instant Vegetables marketed
under the brand name FAIRY'S in India. Pre-cooked
Indian curries are preserved by drying using the
advanced food preservation technique of vacuum freeze
drying.
All these curries have been
cooked in the incomparable Indian style under utmost
hygienic condition in-house at SARAF FOODS
under expert supervision. The company was able to put
its 8 year long experience in exporting freeze dried
products to good use in identifying & using the best raw
materials & ingredients for these preparations.
Extensive testing was done among a panel of experts to
arrive at the best taste for the individual products.
Once the curry is freeze
dried, it undergoes metal detection inspection, &
microbiological testing, a standard quality control
feature for all products at SARAF FOODS.
Only after the product is found conforming it is
cleared & then packed in nitrogen flushed Aluminum foil
pack which are heat sealed. These packs are placed in
cartons as consumer packs. The size of the pack has been
designed so as to suffice 2-3 normal adults in quantity.
The shelf life of the product in original unopened pack
is 1 year.
The instant vegetables
developed by us adhere to internationally acceptable
quality requirements. We have also been exporting these
products to Europe and USA/Canada.
These vegetables are truly
instant as they are ready to eat on addition of boiling
water. One kg of freeze dried instant vegetable will
after reconstitution give a quantity of 4-6 Kgs. (Infact
to produce 4-6 kgs of vegetables the requirement of raw
vegetables and other ingredients would amount to about
10-12 kgs.)
