The Organisation
We are a young organisation, promoted by
technocrat's with over thirty years of experience
in the filed of food and agro processing.
We have set up a freeze drying plant near Baroda,
400 kilometers north of Bombay.
The plant's location in tropical
Western India,
makes it ideal for sourcing prime quality fruits,
vegetables, and herbs, which grow in abundance in
the neighboring farms.
At Saraf Foods, a hand-picked team of well
qualified personnel is responsible for delivering
total quality in every functional area of the
organisation.
The People Behind
The team consists of Specialist agriculturists
who work with the farmers to ensure the quality of
the agro produce, food technologists who
monitor the production process, striving to improve
on standards set are zealous quality
control people, innovative research and
development personnel and dedicated
technical people to operate and maintain the
plant.
Dependent upon their efforts are the devoted
client service people, the interface between you
and Saraf Foods.
Research & Development
Research and Development has been given prime
importance by us. We believe that it must be an
ongoing exercise. Which is why we have invested in
a pilot plant. The dedicated research and
development team endeavors to develop new products
and processes even as it strives to improve
existing ones.
